Gerardo Martínez Camacho is a partner lawyer based in our office in Mexico City. His pactice focuses on tax law, constitutional law and administrative law. He also specializes in human rights law and intellectual property law.
Mr. Martinez Camacho joined the firm in 2013 and plays a relevant role in the firm’s work for the Spanish-speaking clients. He boasts more than 18 years of experience working in Mexican top tier law firms and the Federal Judicial Council in Mexico.
Mr. Martínez Camacho received a LL.M. in Procedural Law degree from the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, a LL.M. in Tax Law degree from the Universidad Panamericana and an undergraduate law degree from the Universidad La Salle in Mexico.
In addition, Mr. Martinez teaches law subjects relevant to his practice at the Universidad Latinoamericana, Universidad Latina and Universidad Anáhuac in Mexico City.
